🔹Funding
Participation takes place within the framework of holistic coaching according to §16k SGB II and is generally funded by the Jobcenter.
Our goal
Our goal is for you to regain stability and an organized living situation.
Building on this, we support you step by step toward (re) entering working life.
🔹Individual support
Especially for people with a migration background, linguistic and communication challenges can represent a barrier.
Our coaches often bring their own experience and understand these situations first-hand.
With targeted modules — such as improving communication skills — we support you in gaining confidence in everyday life and professional settings.
🔹Costs & funding
If approval is granted, there are no costs for you.
The program is usually funded by the Jobcenter.

Tutoring and learning support
Sometimes students need support in learning. We can provide this with our competent team. We adjust ourselves to the individual needs of the pupil. Together we discuss which and how much support you need. We work in small learning groups. This is how we want to support school success.
Many school tasks and later professions require the safe use of a computer. However, many students do not have this at home. That is why we can also provide them with PC workstations. The pupils can learn how to use a computer during learning support or tutoring and can use it to do their work and reach their goals.
Costs
If you receive social benefits (e.g. unemployment benefit II / Hartz IV), the costs for tutoring or learning support can be financed entirely through the Education and Participation package. This should give all students the support they need, with teachers in agreement. Our experienced coaches will be happy to assist you with your application.

Who is eligible?
Children from families that receive:
- Unemployment benefit II,
- Social allowance,
- Social care,
- Child supplement,
- Housing allowance or
- Benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act
respectively.
