Application coaching for beginners and experienced professionals

Our 15-part module plan can be flexibly adapted to your individual situation. You learn what is important to you and how you will benefit from it. The modules will be set up in the (initial) recording interview with you.
The application coaching is a measure for the activation and occupational integration (MAbE) according to § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i.V.m. § 45 SGB III for the AVGS-MAT – Activation & Switching Voucher for the measure with a carrier.

Individual Soft Skill Training

In individual soft skill training, you tackle your problems together with your coach and develop long-term solutions. It is not uncommon for us to talk about personal problems in a confidential and trusting environment. This is where our coaching comes in – because the open conversation is the first step towards a solution.
Many difficulties give the impression of being faced with an insurmountable obstacle – in this situation we help you as a neutral person and approach a solution in small steps. Regardless of whether the issues are:
- family problems
- dependencies
- pregnancy
- financial difficulties or
- personal problems
Especially for people with a migrant background, language problems can be an obstacle.
Therefore, we have developed the special module “Language Learning Activation”.
Many of our coaches have a migrant background of their own and are familiar with language-related hurdles and communication issues. Her/Their personal experience and many years of work in this field are the ideal basis for a cooperative and promising coaching relationship.

Costs
The participant incurs no costs if the approval of the measure is available. All costs of the action will be borne by the promoters of the action.

Tutoring and learning support
Sometimes students need support in learning. We can provide this with our competent team. We adjust ourselves to the individual needs of the pupil. Together we discuss which and how much support you need. We work in small learning groups. This is how we want to support school success.
Many school tasks and later professions require the safe use of a computer. However, many students do not have this at home. That is why we can also provide them with PC workstations. The pupils can learn how to use a computer during learning support or tutoring and can use it to do their work and reach their goals.
Costs
If you receive social benefits (e.g. unemployment benefit II / Hartz IV), the costs for tutoring or learning support can be financed entirely through the Education and Participation package. This should give all students the support they need, with teachers in agreement. Our experienced coaches will be happy to assist you with your application.

Who is eligible?
Children from families that receive:
- Unemployment benefit II,
- Social allowance,
- Social care,
- Child supplement,
- Housing allowance or
- Benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act
respectively.
